When you are not able to have your normal hands on massage appointments perhaps a session on-line will be of benefit to you? I can offer a range of options for individuals, groups and for work teams on specific topics.
Each session is built around empowering you to be proactive in your physical and emotional health, a way for you to allocating a small amount of time for taking care of those niggly aches and pains or just some time away from your daily routine.
What is involved?
In a 30-minute session I will complete a consultation, either a complete one if you are a new client or a refresher of your notes if you are an existing client.
A full range of movement assessment based around where you feel the pain or discomfort and where any restrictions maybe.
I will have a discussion with you about how you are spending your day (sitting or moving), how you are feeling, where you feel discomfort or pain and I will create a programme designed just for you which may include mobilisations, movement, stretching, relaxation techniques and self-massage.
What does it cost?
These sessions are carried out over Zoom or WhatsApp and each session is £40
A 30-minute session where we will discuss a specific issue e.g. low back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, stress relief. Where there will be a section for participants to say what their issue is and what they would like help with, a section on mindfulness and meditation, acupressure, self-massage techniques and stretching. These sessions are open so anyone can join if they have pre booked.
What does it cost?
These sessions are carried out over Zoom and each session is £10 per person
These group sessions are also open if you would like a private group for you and your friends and/or family on a specific topic, for a special birthday treat, a baby shower, hen party or any other celebration you can think of.
Again it would be £10 per person but a minimum cost of £40 for a forty-minute session would be applied. Contact me if you would like to organise one of these.

Wellness sessions for your company
In this time where lots of companies have a large number of their staff working remotely from home, their health and wellbeing becomes a bigger concern because it can be one meeting after another and starring at a screen for many hours without a break. This can increase stress and anxiety and reduces the chances for staff members getting to meet in a more social setting which encourages friendliness and cooperation.
Why not contact me to discuss what your needs will be in regards to you staff’s wellbeing, I can build a package of 4 sessions around you and your staff’s needs in regards to self-massage techniques, meditation & mindfulness, acupressure points and myofascial release stretching. It could be a short 20-minute session before a meeting or a full 40-minute session on its own, I am happy to adapt to your needs.
How much will this cost?
My normal fee per session is £100 but I am very happy to discuss an agreeable fee that falls withing your budget.

"Alison has been my massage therapist for around 10 years now. Like most people I tend to hold a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck, this along with my arthritis, causes me quite a lot of discomfort. I see Alison once a month for a massage. If she feels a knotted area around my neck or shoulder then she will work at softening it, if you ask her to use more (or less) pressure she will do so. Often during the course of the massage she will come across an unexpected sore spot, usually on my lower back, she will gently massage it until I can bear a little bit more pressure and this usually does the trick. Every once in a while I ask Alison to give me Thermo - Auricular Therapy. This is a very relaxing treatment which eases the intense itching I get in my ears as well as reduce wax build up, the ear massage she does with this treatment is wonderful. Each session with Alison leaves me feeling very relaxed, but at the same time quite energised possibly because the pain or stress has eased. Alison is very friendly and we chat a lot during the massage. This is my choice though because I don't like the traditional 'therapeutic music'. I can thoroughly recommend Alison as a therapist; she is very knowledgeable and professional in her work and listens and responds to what I need to relieve my aches and pains."
"I had only one experience of massage previously and it was not a positive one, so I was quite nervous when I booked for a massage with Alison. However I was feeling very tired and run down after a particularly busy period at work and hoped a whole body massage and a bit of "me time" would do me good. On meeting Alison I was instantly reassured by her calm and gentle manner and the careful medical history she took. (My previous massage had been in a hotel spa where it felt hurried and very impersonal.) The treatment room was a real haven of peace and once my oils had been selected I was happy to leave it to Alison and just chill out! I felt calm, energised and clear-headed after the session for the first time in weeks. I also felt truly cared for by this committed professional therapist. I will certainly be back."
